As mobile marketing continues to grow, so do the ideas behind connecting the 300 million mobile phone users and Web browsers in the U.S. to the wide variety of technologies available now and in the very-near future. More than half of the population has a smart phone with estimates that U.S. consumers with a smart phone will double to 192 million by 2016.
Central States Media netted numerous American Advertising Awards from the Peoria Ad Club, including a Judge’s Choice Award for the design of the website for Running Central. Central States Media also won several other awards including Gold Awards for the design and development of websites for Eureka College and Running Central and Silver Awards for the Illinois CancerCare branding campaign, “World Class Cancer Treatment”, and for the design and development of the mobile website for Running Central.

Central State Media (CSM) is pleased to announce the addition of Joanna (Joey) Vining as Operations/Creative Director. In this newly-created role, Vining will oversee all aspects of CSM’s creative process, providing smart creative that successfully addresses client’s needs. She will also be responsible for creative operations, interacting with production companies and service vendors.

Ann Johnston, Partner & President of Central States Media announced today that Brynne Pearson has become a partner in the firm. Brynne has been with Central States Media for 4 years and has made significant contributions to the growth of the company.
Megan, who is the new Business Manager, is a graduate of DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree. Megan is responsible for all account receivables, account payables and payroll at Central States Media.
Dan, who has been a part-time graphic designer since March of 2012, has been brought on as a full -time employee. Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with minors in Marketing and Art History at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa in 2009.
Brian recently joined Central State Media after a long tenure as Marketing Manager for Peoria, IL-based real estate developer Cullinan Properties, Ltd. He brings over 25 years of marketing experience to Central States Media.
